We are a group of IEEE members that includes students, professionals and academic members in the Monterrey Section with the purpose of promoting communications technologies and their impact on society.

The Monterrey Chapter and its members are involved with the communications community by:

• promoting publications, training, research and projects with industry, other sections and chapters
• creating opportunities for student activities and affinity groups,
• promoting the involvement of women in technology
• recognizing the society members’ achievements and contributions
